What kind of art is this?

So I attached an image so please take a look!

So my question is what type of art is that? Like 2d? Or what? When you play that game the houses stay the way they are in the image … They are not 3d… They just stay 2d looking but there is that top view 3d ish… Is there a name for that?

“Harvest Moon” and “camera” turned up… well, moon photography. So I searched for the old standby, Link to the Past: LttP camera discussion

While searching, I thought of, and rejected (after Google Image Searches of the terms), oblique, bird’s eye view, and 3/4… and there they all are. *shrug*

So I’m still lost… Is there a name for it?
