I am finding an alternative to perspective library.
They used the map editor software. http://www.mapeditor.org
You can alway make your own. It may sound completed by is not. You just put objects in a display groups. There are more advance stuff in the perspective library or map editor but it is an easy way to get started.
Thanks. I am thinking of making my own camera system.
It’s coming from the tiled.lua file in the libraries folder of the project. I can’t tell from the comments where that file originated. @lerg may have wrote it himself. I don’t believe Tiled provides it. – I could be completely wrong, but I’ve never seen it.

Can I use it for commercial purposes? I can’t see the EULA
I have see people make paid games for it so I sure you could. There are very few dev tools that restrict you from publishing commercial. Some tools like spine and corona enterprise want you to pay more if you make more than x amount. Also some tools don’t want you publish using the free trial version.
That’s right, with regards to Level Director X, you can use the library files and your exported levels for commercial use, even with the free version, you only need to pay if you want to unlock some of the advanced features.
