When click on "Deauthorize and Quit", asks for password and nothing happens.

I got this problem on two macs. I need to deauthorize one of them to authorize another one, but everytime I click Deauthorize and Quit, it just asks por the password and nothing else happens. Even if I type the wrong password, it won’t tell me that.

Already tried removing corona and reinstalling.

I even removed all corona files on Library folder.

This is driving me crazy.

Corona Staff, you could implement a way to simply deauthorize all computers, without having to ask for support. You could just include one option for this on the user account page.

Thanks

I don’t know why it’s asking you for a password unless somehow you don’t have access to some of the files it needs to touch.  Have you tried your Mac’s password?

I know many people would like an automated way of doing deauths, but for now, it’s not something we have engineering time to address.  Support turns these around quickly.  For now, please email support@coronalabs.com and ask for the deauth.

Same Issue here.

I have already emailed but don’t respond yet.

I will be thanks if you are progress ASAP.

Deauths should happen within 24 hours weekends excluded.  When did you email support?
