When is the New Free Corona SDK available?
In the download page it still shows v2014.2511 and does not let me use Premium Graphics.

Did you logout of the simulator and then log back in?
Open the Simulator, File->Preferences
Click the Deauthorize and Quit button.
Relaunch the simulator and sign back in.
you should be good to go.
