where does corona saves my password for my keystore ?

i just… lost my password for my keysotre (can’t recall it)

to my sv.keysotre file i’m using for my Android build

but thankfully corona still saves it and CAN build to my device !!!

the thing is i’m afraid i won’t have backup or anything …

is there a way for me to see Where corona automatically saves my password ?

i understand it’s somewhere in my regestry

did someone found it there ? can tell me where it is ?

anybody ?

i don’t think it is on the registry

Corona ? maybe you guys know how to help ?

Let me ask engineering.

Rob

thanks rob !!!

great rob it means allot for us

hi rob anything new maybe ?

I asked them late on a Friday afternoon.  It’s also the start of the holiday weekend.  We need to give them time to respond.

Rob

We don’t actually store the password anywhere.  There is something we store regarding with the alias, but it’s not the password.  Think of it as us storing a token that we use.  In other words once we validate the password, we don’t need to validate any more until you change the keystore/alias.

Rob

i get so wait… so does that mean that i can’t get to the password itself ?

or that there is a string somewhere inside that token, that contains my password ?

i mean, does that mean i can’t get my password for the keystore ?
