Cheap way to get good sprite of running man is to buy Poser Debut ( http://store.smithmicro.com/productDetails.aspx?pid=15539 - $49 ), make some animation (really easy and lots of predefined figures), put camera as you like and export every frame to png format.

It’s funny because I get tons of “support” emails from people wanting to make music, advertise, etc, but have never gotten any graphic designing offers - the one thing I can’t do. It will be great if there is a stock sprite sheet web, like stock photos. I am more willing to pay stock photos compare with hiring someone.

A very good graphic artist I am working with when I need graphics: Igor Kostandin Ruiz igorkostandin@hotmail.com - he has decades of experience working with computer game graphics. He understands my needs better than others I worked with, is very quick with the preliminary trial designs, and creates great graphics.
Just don’t employ him 100% since I need him as well once in a while
