where we can get free images for games

i have an idea of a game which needs many pictures/images, like various animal images, where we can get free images for game and publish it at Apple app store without copyright issues.

Open Clip Art has some good ones, so does Open Game Art.

Try to steer clear of clker - it’s actually got quite a few copyrighted images up and doesn’t seem to do any checks. (Open Clip Art does.)

Clikr had all of Open Click Art’s library (OCAL) and I think the Clikr interface is easier to use than OCA’s.
