I am in Russia and cannot use many of the resources on the list, please advise the best one.
I think you should try Yandex and MyTarget because both are Russian based ad networks.
Unity and Ironsource probably would be helpful too.
As far as I know Admob and Facebook aren’t showing ads in Russia.
Appodeal could handle all networks and there is Solar2D plugin.
