Which version of XCode I need to download?

Hi guys, currently I downloaded XCode 7.3.1 and it only has iOS 9.3 beta so I cannot distribute for the app store. So I am just wondering which version of the XCode I need to use it? I am using El Capitan with VMware, I should download XCode 7.3 and it will include iOS 9.2 (not the beta version). 

Mac OS X: El Capitan XCode: 7.3.1 iOS: 9.3 (beta)

I already uninstalled the XCode 7.3.1 because I cannot find the way to install iOS 9.2 to it. And now I have to re-download it again and just want to know which version of the XCode I need to download.
