Why do we call the product Corona?

To our new friends

Anyone know why we call the product Corona?

And while am asking about the name, anyone know what the Ansca logo means?

Extra credit if you can answer what ansca means.

Carlos.

Here is a hint: it is not the beer… [import]uid: 24 topic_id: 2689 reply_id: 302689[/import]

I’d say it’s because Corona is the ring around an eclipse, as Lua translates as “moon” in Latin. Is that right? Clever and meaningful.

Corona also means “crown”, and kind of sounds like “corn”, so is the Ansca logo a crown of corn? Lol. [import]uid: 4454 topic_id: 2689 reply_id: 8518[/import]

My guess for the logo would be something like an aperture…relating to light again.

ansca…hmm. Combination of initials? [import]uid: 10361 topic_id: 2689 reply_id: 8822[/import]
