Why my analytic page is all empty?

(1) When I try to access Corona Analytic page about my app, the statistics are all zero (please see attached screen shot)

There are already a lot of statistics in Flurry & Apple Developer panels for many days (since Oct,17). Why would Corona Analytics have no data?

(2) If I turn off Corona Analytics by 

application = { launchPad = false, }

Would this turn off Flurry too?

Do you have launchPad set to false in your app as shown in item #2?  That would explain item #1.

Turning off launchPad (Corona Analytics) will have no effect on Flurry as you have to include that plugin explicitly.

I double checked config.lua, there is no launchPad configured.

Does Corona Analytics provide more insights than Flurry? Maybe I should just leave it empty anyway?

I have stopped seeing analytic data as well…I do not have the launchPad flag set to false.

This was working a couple weeks back…since then there have been no data points added to the analytical data.

This application has no data yet.

I also do not have launchPad=false in my config.lua.  How do we enable analytics?

Do you have launchPad set to false in your app as shown in item #2?  That would explain item #1.

hi. same issue here. there are several thread about that as well in that forum with Perry offering some help but no real answers.

i’m on a starter edition so i wonder if that’s the reason i’m out of luck, although the doc says:

Corona SDK Analytics  is a free service given to all Corona SDK developers

report is desperately showing zero users everyday while we’re 10+ people testing the app.

any help or explanation welcome
