Widget or simple image?

Getting Started Newbie Questions

Hello i was wondering what is best? 

Use a widget as a button or a simple image as a button, bottom is just an image i created and i want the alpha on inte to flash when i click on it so not really different buttons.

Or should i make another button that has som lower alpha and set as overFile in a widget?

What makes more sense?

I would just use widget.button…

I went with widget and a second image with an alpha = 30

No problem… But what do you mean alpha = 30?? Alpha is to fade an image… and it ranges from 0-1 …?

I´m sorry in pixelmator the imageprogram that i used to set the alpha for the second pic alpha goes from 0 to 100 therefor it is 30 but in corona it would be 0.3=)

Or could i just use the same image and tell corona to fade the overFile image?
