Hey Corona Labs,
Just got a new pc, and when trying to sign into the simulator for the first time I am receiving this error:
“An unexpected account configuration error occured.”
Any insight on this would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

Have you confirmed your account when corona sent you an email after making your account?

Try reinstalling it.
Make sure your internet connection doesn’t have a proxy on it.
Make sure you can display the web page at http://developer.coronalabs.com WITH Internet Explorer (Not Chrome or Firefox).
Rob
Hey guys thanks for your responses.
I turned off my proxy (made sure I could reach the site in IE), re-installed the coronaSDK simulator twice, and even dug up my verification email to make sure my account was properly verified, yet to no avail :( (still getting the same error)
Any other potential solutions?
Thanks,
Buddy
Have you tried tossing you pc out the window??!! Iv’e heard that helps!!! Haha Just kiddin!
Why don’t you try to make another account with corona? I see you have Enterprise? Try a normal Corona SDK account?
I was thinking… Maybe you have a firewall enabled? Try disabling your firewall?
Good Luck!
I looked at your account and I see things for your Enterprise and Cards Subscriptions, but I don’t see an SDK setup. I don’t know the accounts side of things very well. Perhaps it’s best you email support AT coronalabs.com and see if they can look into this deeper.
Have you run the command line code to Authorize Enterprise yet?
Rob
@Sonic Heck no, for the money I spent on this thing it’d probably grow wings mid-flight and fly away lol, also thanks for the firewall suggestion but still no good news unfortunately.
@Rob I had no idea there was a command line authorization for Enterprise accounts, I’ll look into that, and if that doesn’t work I guess I’ll just have to contact support.
Thanks,
Buddy
