Hi there!

I’ve been working on this project for a long time, hoping to publish it in 2-3 months. 

This is a top-down shooter with the ability to move around and mount vehicles including some tanks and helicopters.

Generally the gameplay engine is finished, I need some feedback what you suggest to change / add.

This demo has only 1 mission - some kind of a tutorial (moving, rotating, shooting) + some enemies to kill.

‘Upgrades’ section is available with some money to spend to test how it impacts the gameplay.

That looks good, congrats!  Do you control a squad or one individual?  The images look like you might control more than one unit at a time.

Thanks for kind words. At this time you control one individual - other units are either allies or enemies controlled automatically.

I’ve thought of controlling others but that’s a story for a different game - more ‘strategy’ like.

It’s playable but you have to use on screen controls which is dedicated for mobile touch screens…

Average FPS for Chrome browser is > 20 FPS.

I like the control scheme.  It’s more natural than I would have expected from just looking at the screen shots.

I wanted to let you know that I’ve just run a campaign on Indiegogo. Maybe I’ll get some funds to buy a Macbook and iPhone so I can test and release the game on iOS :slight_smile:

I think the game is 97% completed - please play it and give your feedback. You should check if its not too difficult for you overall, or maybe some missions are harder than others.

Congrats!  Are you going to borrow a mac and make an iOS release?  :wink:

You may want to consider adding key support for the HTML5 version (and Windows/macOS desktop builds). You can use the WASD keys for the up/down/left/right touches. Maybe the left/right keys for rotate and space to fire.  Of course that will lead you into wanting to add controller support too :-)  Personally I’d love to see an iOS version as well.  The video looks amazing.

I hope to submit iOS build in coming days. Yesterday I managed to run the game in xCode simulator with VMware so there should be no problems with app store build (I need to renew my developer license first).
I’ll prepare the html5 version after that if I have enough time, WASD controls are already implemented as I made it for testing in simulator.
