xcode: How can i connect Bluetooth to app

How to write a value as a characteristic with a handle? Im trying to also give me the range of the bluetooth from the app.

Your avatar indicates you are a starter subscriber.  Corona SDK does not provide any access to Bluetooth devices beyond HID game controllers.  There are no API’s to talk to generic Bluetooth devices.  However, if you are a Corona Enterprise subscriber or a Corona Cards subscriber, you should be able to access Bluetooth from the Objective-C side of the process.  However, those native API calls are beyond the scope of what we can provide support for here in the forums.
