Xcode missing components

I have a problem when I build for iOS with Corona SDK 2015.2646.

I receive the error “The Xcode iOS SDK located at “/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer” is missing the following components: copypng codesign_allocate. Please re-install Xcode”

I deleted Xcode and tried to reinstall from scratch (latest version, 7.0) but the error is the same.

Anyone can help ?

I have the same problem.

Even in Corona SDK 2015.2546 also produces the same error:

The Xcode iOS SDK located at “/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer” is missing the following components:

copypng

codesign_allocate

This happens after the Xcode upgrade to version 7 recently last week.

only the following folders found in /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

Applications Library Platforms Tools

Documentation Makefiles Toolchains usr

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Please try updating your Corona SDK to 2721 or later.

Confirm the version of Xcode you are using by running:

/usr/bin/xcodebuild -version

In a terminal window.

Also please post your entire console log when you try to build.

Very strange … Xcode 7.0 works fine here. Run these commands in Terminal and post the results:

/usr/bin/xcodebuild -version /usr/bin/xcodebuild -showsdks xcrun --find codesign\_allocate xcrun --find codesign&nbsp;

Also send me the complete Corona Console log for a session in which the error occurs (you can PM it).

Thanks for your reply and suggestion.

Previously I used Corona SDK 2015.2646 as available in your download for Mac.

I have now downloaded the latest build, Corona SDK 2722 and the build process is complete without any errors.

iOS build succeeded

Apple made changes in Xcode 7 that are incompatible with CoronaSDK builds prior to 2682. Obviously there’s no way for older builds to know this so they are just reporting things as they see them.

and after i try to hit the build again, i can build. but then i got error code 5

i tried with my old apps that can be build before and already at App Store… and now, got same error.
