This one is gO.od! [import]uid: 89165 topic_id: 20327 reply_id: 79420[/import]

Yeah, that would be handy. I’ll stick it on the official wish list.

Thanks!

Just in case no-one has reported this:

I had 7 open .lua files and went through them all replacing print( by a global function to allow easy disabling of all output.
I shut down CPM and it offered to save the unsaved file.
But only one of the 7 files actually saved.
The work in the other 6 was all lost.

Ow! Are you kidding me?! A bug that HUGE has never been reported – ever?!?

When I first read that I thought, “No way, he must have done something weird because I’m sure I would have run into that myself.”

Then I tried it and I can’t believe CPM is over a year old and nobody has ever reported that bug before!

Talk about embarrassing!

Thanks for the feedback, that bug is now at the top of the to-do list.

Is there shorcut to Run the simulator (instead of clicking that red play button) ?
If not, please add it in the new version. [import]uid: 101952 topic_id: 20327 reply_id: 86893[/import]

It’s Ctrl+R!

but should be configurable shouldn’t it ? like F5 ala VS style. [import]uid: 111283 topic_id: 20327 reply_id: 86904[/import]

Yes [import]uid: 101952 topic_id: 20327 reply_id: 86910[/import]

I plan to allow remapping keys at some point in the future, but it won’t happen in v3. At least, not with any kind of UI. But there are some “secret things” CPM can do if it finds specifally-named text files in the utility folder, so I may be able to add something there for “power users” to play with.

I’ll poke at that soon and see what happens…
