You are already using this software on two other computers, please deauthorize one of your other computers before logging in on this computer.

I send one email to suport  and they no respond yet.

I was wondering If some one can explain me how to deauthorize one of my computers i can do it. thanks!

Under the preferences screen there is a button for “Deauthorize and quit”.    Corona’s office hours are Monday-Friday so this should be handled on Monday.

Thanks for your answer Rob, but they no answer yet, and im here wating without anything to do. this thing start to be annoying, dont you think? i understand corona want to control everything  and i know is a private software, but we are just learning (in my case) why is so difficult to just log in. i use this in different computers, but is just me, if some one wants to use corona, they can create a free acount. this software no need this restriction, or if they want to put this, why they just no put a easy way to manege your computers, for example here in the web site. i dont know.

Anyway thanks!

Hi @danielmuvdi,

I just checked, and both of the previous computers are now de-authorized. You should now be able to authorize Corona on the computer you wish to use.

Thanks for your patience,

Brent Sorrentino

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Hey there, sorry for duplicating the post, I have posted the same issue on another threadtoo. Since that was kinda old, i thought to post it here as well.

Since I formatted my system, after installing corona again, it is now not allowing me to login again, but after login, it asks me to deauthorize my previous computer, which, I suppose is not possible. Please help. Thanks.

Please email support@coronalabs.com with this request.
