You do not have access to Corona Enterprise builds

We just completed an order for Corona Enterprise so that we could access the daily builds, but i get this error. You do not have access to Corona Enterprise builds. We had the trial and that does not have the daily builds for enterprise, and the expiration says This role will expire on 14 Jul 2016 - 17:49 so, we are guessing we would need to wait till that date to get the full enterprise? is there any way to cancel the trial and get what we paid for right away? I kind of need it today.
