!Your Device isn't compatible with this version

A customer has received the following message when they try to download our app on Google Play:

“!Your Device isn’t compatible with this version”

They are trying to install on Samsung Galaxy Tab2 tablets with Android OS: 4.2.2.

As this is over the minimum OS required to run Corona apps, what else might be causing trouble with this Galaxy device?

Corona SDK apps for Android require at least v2.3.3: https://docs.coronalabs.com/guide/start/systemReqs/index.html

As stated, they are using OS 4.2.2 so are above the minimum.

But perhaps the Galaxy Tab2s are ARMv6 which I notice is not supported?

Here are the details for the devices. It looks compatible to me.  Is there any reason Google Play would be saying this device isn’t compatible:

The processor is the right architecture so that’s not the problem. Does your app expect features like location services, a camera, or some other thing that tablet might not have?

Thanks Rob. The customer has replied to say that updating Google Play on device to the most recent version is what did it.
