A while back, Biffy released an iOS Icon Template Pack which includes 28 high quality 512x512 icon elements such as borders, backgrounds, ribbons, swirls, etc. that can be used to make your app icon look great. Since releasing it to the public, there hasn’t been a single negative comment or review… only great feedback so far.
The individual elements are separated, so you can mix and match to make your app’s icon even more unique.

It’s $10 for the whole package, so a great deal. If you’re not experienced or confident with creating your icons from scratch, and can’t afford a graphics designer, this is a great deal.
