I would suggest using TexturePacker 
TexturePacker will get a big update including a full Graphical User Interface in a short time.
Currently the last beta tests are running and the update will be this weekend!

I boughtTexturePacker recently and am happy with it. I didn’t get much of a chance to test Zwoptex and then the trial timed out, whereas you can test TP for as long as you want (it just blacks out a couple of frames in the trial.) [import]uid: 3953 topic_id: 3106 reply_id: 9317[/import]
TexurePackerPro (Release Candidate) is available for testing!
It comes with full graphical interface and commandline for a fair price.
