My problem is EXACTLY what you have said above as am using the exactly same CODE as you described above as well! My problem when updating my RevMob SDK from the 1.2.1 for 1.3 and when multi-tasking or resuming the app…so the FullScreenAds does not show anymore. Just it is the difference but actually I won`t update my RevMob SDK because of this issue.

Well it may be redundant for most, but not for me…my eCPM last month was $7.96 and is even lower this month. I implemented the full screen ad into my most popular app yesterday and have not seen an increase - obviously it’s early days though. Install rate on Android seems to be very poor as only ‘Rule The Kingdom’ seems to be offered.

I tested this code with the new (not released) version of the SDK and it works fine for Android and iOS.

The server has some security issues that prevent to show Ads repeatedly. Maybe this is the problem.

Could you update your SDK to the 2.0.0-rc version and check if the problem still happens?

i finally upgraded to the most recent revmob from the (bcfads) and I am believing I an doing it correctly however this it what the simulator says, so I forget what step am I missing that makes it not reachable by cellular and to get it to pop up on my phone

There is a problem. When I click on " x" button to close the Fullscreen ad --> the event is propagated to listeners of any object underneath the " x button.

Problem with openAdLink:

I recently uploaded my second game to revmob and inserted the i.d. code of the 1st game into the RevMob.openAdLink so I could implement a “More Games” button, however the adLink is taking me back to the advertised game Vip Poker. Am I doing something incorrect? Thanks

I have just downloaded the latest version (2.0.0).

There is the main revmob.lua file and a directory called revmob-assets with localized fullscreen ads as much as I can see.

This assets folder is BIG, 1.29 MB.

Is it necessary or can the new version work without them ?
Another question is about the WebView.

Can the banner be put inside the WebView ? (Now available on Android too !!!)

My game “Fun Football Euro 2012” (soon to be released a new version, "Fun Football Tournament)
has banners all around the playfield. Would be nice if real ad banners could be placed there.

This folder has localizated images, you can delete all unecessary images for you except the one in english and the close button. In the 2.1.0 version this directory of assets will be removed.

I dont think it is possible to put the current banner inside of a WebView. You can get a display image doing “banner.image”, but I do not think this will help you.

Nevertheless, we will consider this in our pipeline.

I agree with Dingo. I can see that for the iPhone 4, the size of the close button could be a problem. I have a hard time clicking it on my own upcoming game. The iPad version is fine. I could see why users could be annoyed by that…

Hi @vovasoft, which version are you using? This was an old issue that was solved (propagation of the click event to objects underneath the close button).

I have got a shockingly bad install rate for my latest app on Android, getting about 10% CTR on 3-4,000 impressions a day and one install every few days if I’m lucky!
