All my 3rd Party plugins say expired or are not activated

Xcode Plugin -  Bought May 12th 2017 - it doesn’t show as available to download it wants me to buy it

Fun Casual Sounds - Bought Apr 14th 2017 - it doesn’t show as available to download it wants me to buy it

Twitter Plugin - Bought Feb 27, 2017 - It says expired and wants me to buy it

The only paid plugin that says it’s ok is the splash screen

This is happening on 2 Accounts so it’s not just this account, I need this fixed ASAP as I now can’t use this plugins on my new machine and I have submissions this week.

Please can somebody sort this out, I emailed on one account but they didn’t not fix it.

This has only happened since you launched the new website.

Done that, they replied that those plugins are not on my account and yet when I go to my order page it shows the ones I listed, thats how I got the date they were purchased

Actually the Twitter one does show up but it says expired and since I bought that earlier this year it should still be active

Hi @cublah, we are working to research the cause of the problem and get your plugins restored as soon as we can. I’m following the support ticket that you’ve submitted. I’ll do my best to stay on this until we get a resolution.

Thanks Rob, I’m surprised nobody else has said anything, this is happening on 2 accounts, this is my main account but I use another account for a certain client.
