Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best place to put my game code. For starters I would just like to do something simple such as display a background image after the ‘loading’ message appears when you select a level to play.

Also what can I do so that each level has it’s own function?

Hi, can someone tell me what the mode of failure is when missing the updated menu.lua file?

I’m getting the following error when running the package: “main.lua:45: attempt to compare number with nil”

Just wanting to know if this is due to the menu.lua issue prior to spending too much time investigating.

Edit: Just realised it works in the iPad simulator but not in the iPhone. Sorry, I assume this is a different issue.

Edit 2: Was using build 2012.984 - which presumably doesn’t support display.pixelHeight(?). Have updated and it all works beautifully.

The template has now been updated to work with Graphics 2.0 and the latest Corona builds.

If you bought via Sellfy or Gumroad you should be able to download the update.
