Bluetooth Permission Problem

Used
bluetooth-demo
example to build the apk. User ID changed.
However, I get error message:

SecurityException: Need android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permission for android.content.AttributionSource@c4cc3b3f

“android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT” added in build.settings

How to solve the problem?
