Corona ads now to be paid... What good alternative?

Hi folks,

I’m posting here this question.

I have been starting to play with coronaads, chartboost and ad colony but I’m still only in study analysis process.

My question is simple, what would be for me an alternative plugin to go to, that would do the same but at least with less charges. I mean sharing the revenues is totally okay for me as I haven’t finished my app yet.

I liked the easy feature of integration of the plug-ins of coronaads with the project too. So any advice is now welcomed as I can’t afford for the time being to inject 1 ground a year for the coronaads plug-in. Perhaps a few time later.

Any help much appreciated.

If you don’t want to mess around with multiple adapters, want high fill rates and want to use banner ads and don’t want to pay for Admob, I would use Appodeal.

What ADs services can I use for free?? I’ve spent 2 days to understand how to implement Admobs and then I’ve got an error which says me - “You have to pay for ADMOB”

In the documentation for each plugin there’s a notice that states if it’s only available to users who have purchased either the Corona Professional Bundle or the specific plugin.

We currently offer the following paid plugins:

  1. AdMob
  2. Chartboost
  3. Unity Ads
  4. Ad Colony

The rest under Ads / Monetization in the list below are free to use.

Hi thank you for the advice.

I have tried appodeal and I don’t really understand the “life cycle” of renewing of the ads… I mean I prefer to manage when an ad can’t be loaded and for that I don’t find this API so intuitive …

On the other hand I try to deal with multiple other APIs and in that section appodeal is limited:  I am aiming at using vungle, revmob, applovin, trialpay, and appnext in a combination.

To be sure to maximize the availability of an ad and be able to show at any time I need it.

then I’ll just need an algorithm of prioritization of the type of ad to display I guess.
