To start, our last interactive book app,12 Huia Birds. All the character animation was made in Spine. This is before mesh was available for Corona.

Spine is very cool. I made my Super iBot this when it first came out.
I’m experimenting a bit with Spine and how it performs when you add more spine elements to the same scene … also a test of removing them again.
This is how far I got in 20+ hours (it performs way better on a phone than in html5)
