Yes. My apps are still showing ads with iOS 13. I don’t do native builds with iOS so whatever was available last time I released them. The following apps all still working.

Your apps are indicator of nothing. I have found rewarded video your use is Admob only.
Additionally, I know that UnityAds and Charboost rewarded video work fine.
But I need AdColony, AppLovin and Facebook Audience Network REWARDED VIDEO in addition.
So, this problem is related “rewarded video” and “a few big ads providers” only.

I only use Admob, AppLovin, and Facebook for reward ads. The reward ads for Facebook and AppLovin are working fine. But hopefully the update will fix your issue. I just mentioned it just in case you want to look at other possibilities before the update goes live.
