right now!

I’ve ask the Marketplace team look into this. It should be pre-activated, but clearly it’s not for your account.

Rob

They can’t find any issues with your account. Maybe you should go to preferences and do a Deauthorize and Quit and log back in. Make sure you’re logged in with the account you use for the marketplace.

Rob

Any updates? Same issue even after a Deauthorize and Quit.

I’m having the same issue.

I’ve used my main account, then tried deauth+quit and logged in with another account and I get this error every time I try to build:

ERROR: An error occurred during build (corona.build.7). The server returned the following message: --- A device build error occurred on the server. Error: You are not subscribed to the following plugin: Plugin: `plugin.kiip` Publisher: `me.kiip` User Account: `myemail@email.com` Click [here](https://store.coronalabs.com/plugins/me.kiip/plugin.kiip) to subscribe and then try the build again. BuildID: 589ca3dedb65e

This is in an SDK build of course, not Enterprise.

Hi,

This issue should be resolved now and you can try rebuilding the app.

Thanks,

Paranjay Menaria

Thanks Paranjay, it is working correctly for me now

I have the same problem but with this plugin. It’s a preactivated plug in too but Everytime I try to build with this plugin I get an error that says “you are not connected to this plugin”.

Can you post the exact error (copy and paste from your console log window)?
