Google IAP plugin is not activated from corona site.
Is showing pre-activated but how to activate and use that plugin
i need to build as early as possible
Pre-activated means it is already activated. In other words, in order to use Google IAP, all you need to do is require it from the code, but keep in mind that IAPs are one of the more difficult things to add to your project.
Also, you shouldn’t use the old Corona Labs Inc. site for information anymore.

I’d still suggest switching to Solar2D builds as I did in Discord but just to be sure, which Solar2D version are you running?
