How should I correctly initialize/set up Tap for Tap with the Storyboard API?

Could someone show me how setting up Tap for Tap with storyboard should look like? Are there any examples of setting it up across multiple scenes? Also, there seems to be a significant delay between the time when I enter a scene and when the ad shows up.
