I have been getting more reports of problems recently. I have been more busy with projects, life stuff, and school. I do want to continue to support my plugins I have made but it has been difficult keep tabs on all problems because they come from everywhere email, slack, skype, corona dm, forums, and some guy dm ed a bug report via Twitter. A couple months ago I created a google forum to handle all bugs/problems. Only about 30% of reports came in this way. I love Google forms because it requires a certain about of information which helps me reproduce the problem 100x faster. I get why people may think “if I email or dm Scott he will contact me fast and fix my problem a lot faster”, while the first part may be true I usually forget about emails or dms and I forget to put it in my to-do list and nothing ever happens. While my google forms problems are fixed/responded to within a day or two. As of right now( probably won’t be like this for long) my forms are cleaned out.
