I have been using IAP Badger with my product for almost a year, it works great - more than great really. Just had an issue and when working with the customer and providing some test builds I figured out where it was happening.
iap.getLoadProductsCatalogue() is returning an empty table for him (and just him as far as I can tell). This is on Android and the Play Store with builds made over the past week including today.
The one unique thing about this customer is that a week ago he requested a refund on two IAPs - he purchased 4 products and got google to refund him on 2 of them. As far as I can tell, ever since then, getLoadProductsCatalogue() has returned nothing for him but works as expected for everyone else.
The 2 reasons for refund were #1) never received product and #2) accidental purchase - in both cases I can see that he did receive and did use the products but I’m still interested in solving the problem for him.
Anyone experience this before or have any ideas? Does google ever block a customer from purchasing from an app (or even seeing the available catalog of products) if they have multiple refund requests?
