Hi, I am using inneractive on my kindle fire app but it seems that most of the time the ads don’t load correctly. I searched the forums for a long time but couldn’t find anything, any help would be appreciated.

The tests I did with inneractive and the Kindle Fire seemed to work. I just used the inneractive sample sample project, put in my inneractive appID for Android and ads came up fine.

The only issues I found were the ads were really really tiny. And if you designated a “fullscreen” ad, the Kindle menu bar at the bottom would cover up the skip button.

thanks for the info Leaf, I think my problem may be due to slow internet connection

and yes, the kindle menu bar is annoying. I have a banner ad above the kindle men bar but since the height of the banner varies, sometimes there is a gap between the banner and the menu bar [import]uid: 74346 topic_id: 20373 reply_id: 79881[/import]

Hey guys,

I have checked with our support team regarding this issue and we have found out the the skip button is covered due to an error in the Corona integration.
This is something that will need to be reported to Corona through the bug system.

This is a little off-topic from the original post, but it has to do with the 20px menu bar.

I’m not sure if it will work with the fullscreen Inneractive ads, but it solved my problem with my app’s menu bar from being partially hidden by the Fire’s fixed bar.

Just rechecked my kindle fire. The ad sizes now appear to be showing normal sizes now. So that is all fixed!

And I just filed a bug for the kindle fire bottom menu bar blocking the skip button. [import]uid: 94868 topic_id: 20373 reply_id: 80638[/import]

same problem here (as image from first post)

BUT NOT on a kindle… instead on Google Flagship: Samsung Galaxy Nexus

and its JUST the Need for Speed Ad that appears like that. All other ads are fine !

Can you please provide me with more information about the Need for Speed ad.
Here is what I need:
URL of the ad
Time zone and place where you have seen the ad
Platform
IP
Screen shot of the ad (if possible).
It seems that it is a problem with this specific ad and if we will be able to locate it and fix it you will not see this issue.
