Interstitial Adds don't appear full screen on Ipad2

Hi,

I have integrated the appWall and Interstitial ads into my app. The AppWall is working fine but the interstitial ads appear but they are not fullscreen on Ipad 2. Is this the correct behavior?

if you rebuild your app the ad will be x2 the size, hope this helps
