Is OneSignal Down or Not Working?

I’ve been using OneSignal for months in my apps -one of which requires daily push alerts. Been going fine but recently I’ve noticed I can’t get into the OneSignal.com website, and many times my push alerts are failing to be sent out due to a network error using the OneSignal API.

Is everything okay at OneSignal? This is becoming a deal-killer for me…

Same here. Can’t access their website, and it is crashing my app.

Aye… this is bad news. I’ve reached out to them but so far haven’t had a reply.

Seems to work for me now…

Working for me too, though all of the push alerts that were queued up to send with them were destroyed somehow by their API - they never sent.

Crossing fingers for stability on OneSignal! Love the platform!

Hey all. George from OneSignal here.

I’m sorry for the recent issues!

We’ve been growing faster than expected and are working as fast as we can to make things more stable. We just finished implementing a better paging system so that we can more quickly resolve future issues, and we’re currently making improvements to further scale and stabilize our infrastructure. You can expect things to be much more reliable going forward.

Same problem here.

We’re sorry, too many people are accessing this website at the same time. We’re working on this problem. Please try again later.

We’re back and all is running well now. We had a brief moment of downtime last night (11hrs ago) and briefly increased failure rate this morning (4hrs ago). Our paging system notified us of incident and we worked to fix them as quickly as we could. We’re now implementing additional measures to prevent the problem from happening again.

Hum, seems like the troubles are not over @george18 : my App settings in our OneSignal account have all been erased, and both ios and android appear as INACTIVE. It was working a few hours ago (well, kinda, as some pushs were delivered twice), but not anymore.

Also, I am a bit worried, as if you are down as it happened last week, my app hangs when a new user creates an account (the callback of OneSignal.IdsAvailableCallback(IdsAvailable) is never fired) : anyway to work around that?

I know it is a free service and all, but really, i wouldn’t mind to pay to know that it works and to stop worrying. Your site is great, it is clear, well explained, looking forward to see it working full time =)

Same for me, my app is no longer working and I cannot get into the website.

This is very bad for us.

Sorry guys, we had a brief database issue. All is back to normal. If you notice any future issues feel free to email us at support@onesignal.com and we’ll do our best to reply quickly (faster than we normally notice new posts here).

How can I make the plug-in not appear “Activated” in my Corona Plug-ins page so that it is not included when I do a build?
