It’s currently not possible anymore to use plugin.hockey as it uses UIWebKit (also, Microsoft has deprecated HockeyApp a while ago, but it can still consume crashes)
Does anybody know if the plugin.hockey sources are available publicly? It looks like that the AppCenter API is fairly similar, so this might be the easiest way to migrate instead of writing a new plugin.
