OneSignal plugin ignores oneSignal.DisableAutoRegister()

Hi OneSignal team,

I think we have a new bug in new update on onesignal plugin. Here is project that only has onesignal plugin.

Please find the attached project. line 15 oneSignal.DisableAutoRegister() is not working.

Adding a bit more detail. This feature seemed to be working previously but started cropping up once we start building with iOS 13.3.
