Hi

So I assume this plugin basically allows payments to be made and sent to the owner of the app, can it work the other way round for example if you have an app that has various contractors signed up can I send them payment via the PayPal plugin when they have done a job.

You may be able to re-init plugin with a different account to send money to. This is more experimental methods. Paypal does not offer an API to complete with their own app.
