Yes. Just install Gradle (for Example 6.9.1) and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages x86

After just copy all DLLs from “C:\Program Files (x86)\Corona Labs\Corona” to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Corona Labs\Corona\Native\Corona\win\bin”. Bingo.
