(solved) false error "The selected segments do not have any users" on panel

I am trying to send a Message for a segment (that has my 2 devices) but I keep receiving the error message:

 Error! The selected segments do not have any users

I then go to the “Segments” panel and I see there my 2 devices, but the “Total” appears 0.

Is it a bug or I am missing something?

Hi. Yes, the way filters on a segment work is that the segment will only contain users that match all of those filters.

It looks like you may actually want to create 3 segments. One for each possible value of your tag.
