Normally this error appears when for some reason you couldn’t connect to the servers through port 80 at the API location(api.v1.playstogether.com). Depending on the sample you downloaded(Such as the example from our site at developer.playstogether.com) the sample code may have been pointing to a different address.
Confirm that you are connecting to api.v1.playstogether.com and that any security firewalls or network configuration is not blocking communication on port 80.
