Could you tell me when we are getting Appodeal SDK 2.6.0?
The reason I’m asking is because I enabled COPPA on Appodeal dashboard for an app.
Now even if I disabled COPPA on dashboard I keep getting ads only for kids.
From Appodeal I have been told that there is no way to change it unless I use 2.6.0 SDK version.
Maybe there is another solution?

on the appodeal tech support told me: “we no longer support the Corona SDK”
The Appodeal plugin is made by Corona now and support it 100%.
Probably that’s what they told you and asked you to contact Corona for further information.

Appodeal makes an SDK.
Corona Labs makes a plugin that implements the Appodeal SDK. Appodeal does not have (and never has had) the source to the Corona plugin. They cannot provide support for something they don’t make.
This is the first I’ve heard about needing to implement 2.6, so let me ping engineering and see if I can get information about updating Appodeal.

Only 2.6.0 contains the method for resetting COPPA and I need it.
We need it too.
Also current version of appodeal (beta) has position/scaling bugs on iOS 13. iPhone 10+11 and iPad.
I sent a bug report on it.
Good to know I’m not the only one, although I don’t use the beta version.
I have seen the ad positioning problem in android too.
Some ads were appearing a bit lower than the others.

May I ask why you use the beta version?
I didn’t see any positioning problems on android.
I think the problem I see is caused by changes apple did to modal windows on iOS 13.
When I build with the non-beta version of Appodeal I get linker errors.
If you can build with it I guess it depends on what provider frameworks is imported in the build settings.
Maybe the positioning problem I witnessed was because of a specific ad network.
I get no errors using the stable version.

It’s holiday season but it takes too long to get an answer.
Last weeks I have serious problems with Appodeal.
Some video ads take forever to load and many of them has serious problems.
Even the close “x” button doesn’t work right and guys on Appodea have no idea what is going on!
I’m just waiting to test version 2.6.0 in case it’s a plugin’s problem.

Today I asked Appodeal for 2.6.1 and they told me that it will take 2-3 weeks.
Any chance to get the current (2.6.0) update?
The version we already have is really outdated.
Having in mind that Admob plugin is underperforming too it’s a big disadvantage for Corona.
You could at least update the Appodeal plugin.
It’s time for Corona to start listening the users.
At least for small stuff like this one.
